PC Program + Servo System Contact Card Production Line Multi-function IC Card Slot Milling Implanting
Function and application introduction:
This machine is automatically controlled by PC program and operated by large LCD. Using multi-spindles servo system mills slot, sends card and sends module, then seals and tests card. Parameters are adjustable, conveying speed is fast and precision is high. It is suitable for slot milling , implanting and testing processing of standard contact IC card.
1. It incorporates slot milling and cleaning of card, glue laminating and punching conveying of IC module, hot welding and cold welding implanting and IC module testing.
2. It is designed by professional slot milling tongs, which prevents slot milling precision from influence of size and thickness and tolerance of card.
3.Independent three spindles positioning control system drives high speed main axis dynamo slot milling. Parameters of all spindles are sole and adjustable, which prevents slot milling precision from influence of size and thickness and tolerance of card. Slot milling mode is various, which means it can mill one layer for once or mill two layers for once.
4. Professional card amending structure ensures high precision of slot milling and sealing.
5. Using servo dynamo steppingly conveys punching of IC module. Module stepping electric eye automatically monitor and protects quality of module, if it is bad, it will be cleared away.
6. Using servo dynamo drives imported high precision linear module structure conveys IC module. Precision is high and working longevity is long.
7. Using cold welding technics to seal it after hot welding by several level. Temperature is adjustable, implanting result is well.
8. Special hot welding implanting recycle cooling system is suitable for the implanting of different specifications of hot weld glue.
9. Double card and card direction test function will test number and direction of card. If it is wrong, machine will alert and stop.
10. Slot milling test function will test whether any card is penetrated, if it is penetrated, machine will alert and stop.
11. PC program controls automatic running, so operating speed is fast. If anything is error, machine will alarm automatically and stop.
12. It is designed by double mode structure. (only AMIT 500mode)
